How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing for orders placed on CrownedbyJasmyne.com ranges from 2-5 business days, Monday-Friday. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped via either USPS First Class Mail, which can take 3-7 business days, or UPS, in which it can be estimated to take 2-7 business days, depending on location and volume of workload at the shipping company. All order will be shipped with tracking. Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

To track your order, you can use USPS.com or UPS.com and enter in your tracking number.
Once your order has been released to the carrier, all questions or concerns regarding the tracking and delivery of your order should be addressed with the carrier and their customer service team.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests may be honored if the request is sent within 24 hours of purchasing. Requests received after the 24 hour period will not be honored. For orders that been shipped with a tracking number, they cannot be cancelled. You will need to begin the return process (if applicable) once the item has been received.
What happens if I receive the incorrect order or item?
If you receive the incorrect order or an incorrect item, please let us know by taking the following steps!
Take a picture of the item, then send the photo along with the following information to crownedbyjasmynellc@gmail.com:
*The item you ordered
*The item you received (your best description, with at least 3 pictures)
We will send a return label to the address of the original order within 1-3 business days. Once received, please return the item within 7 business days to ensure we can issue your correct item.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged, tangible item (e.g. hair pin, needle, etc.) please let us know!
